Postponement of trial

Belize City Council (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 121 · Revised Edition 2020

The Judge may from time to time, by order made on the application of a party to the petition, postpone the beginning of the trial to such day as he may name; and such order, when made, shall forthwith be published by the Registrar in the Gazette.
