General penalty

Belize City Council (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 108 · Revised Edition 2020

Any person who is guilty of an offence under these Regulations for which no penalty has been prescribed shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
