Proof of legal proceedings

In any prosecution or other legal proceeding under this Act or any by-laws made thereunder instituted by, against or under the direction of the Council no proof shall be required– (a) of the persons constituting the Council, or the extent of Belize City; 41 (b) of any order to prosecute or of the particular or general appointment of any officer of the (c) of the authority of the Mayor, City Administrator or other officer of the Council to prosecute; (d) of the election of the Mayor of the Council; or (e) of the presence of a quorum of the Council at the making of any order or the doing of any act, until evidence is given to the contrary.
