Regulations

The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make Regulations for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act, including but not limited to– (a) the preparation, form, mode of issue, mode of payment and cancellation of Municipal Paper; (b) the issue of new Municipal Paper in lieu of one which has been defaced, lost or destroyed; (c) such other matters as may seem necessary to him for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
