Amendment of Schedule

Cap. 85:01, s. 12 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make Regulations to amend the Schedules to Act. (2) Regulations made pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be subject to affirmative resolution of the National Assembly.
