Charge upon Consolidated Revenue Fund

In case the sinking funds provided for by this Act is insufficient for the payment of all the principal moneys borrowed under the authority of this Act at the time the same becomes due, the Minister shall make good the deficiency out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and assets of Belize.
