Borrowing upon stock

When the Minister, or the Crown Agents acting on his behalf, deems it expedient to raise money by the issue of stock, then such stock shall be issued in the United Kingdom by the Crown Agents under the provisions of The Colonial Stock Act, 11 1877, c. 59 upon the best and most favourable terms that can be obtained.
