Redeemed debentures to be cancelled

(1) Upon the repayment of the principal moneys represented by any debenture, the debenture, with all coupons thereunto belonging shall be delivered up to the Crown Agents, to be by them cancelled and disposed of in such a manner as the Minister, or the Crown Agents acting on his behalf, may decide. (2) Any debenture redeemed by purchase shall likewise be cancelled and disposed of.
