Stamp duty

Every deed of mortgage or deed of discharge of mortgage contemplated by section 14 of this Act and every memorandum of charge or endorsement contemplated by section 15 of this Act, shall be charged with stamp duty in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Stamp Duties Act, Cap. 64. 16
