Repayment

Any loan raised under this Act together with the interest payable on any such loan shall be repaid by equal annual instalments of capital and interest so that such loan shall be repaid within the period for which the same was granted, provided that where the terms and conditions of the loan allow it shall not be necessary to make any payment on account of principal or interest for such period as may be laid down in such terms and conditions.
