Orders

(1) The Minister may by Order published in the GazetteSchedule I. (a) substitute another amount as the prescribed fee or another formula of computation of the fee; (b) add to Schedule I any new trade that may be carried on without a licence; (c) delete from Schedule I any trade that was exempted from having to obtain a licence. (2) Every such Order shall be subject to negative resolution.
