Extent of exemption

Stamp Duties (Exemption) (Mortgage Securitisation) Order, para. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

The foreign exchange permits referred to in paragraph 2 above shall be permits issued to allow for the purchase of foreign currency by the DFC and the BSSB in connection with the mortgage securitisation process.
