Exemption from stamp duty

It is hereby ordered that the Development Finance Corporation (DFC), a statutory corporation established under the Development Finance Corporation Act and the Belize Social Security Board (BSSB), a statutory corporation established under the Social Security Act, shall be exempt from the payment of stamp duty on foreign exchange permits to the extent specified in paragraph 3 below.
