Stamp Duties (Exemption) Development Finance Corporation) Order, para. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

The foreign exchange permits referred to in paragraph 2 above shall be permits issued to allow the purchase of foreign currency for remitting to General Electrical Capital Corporation of New York, EMB Group and Howtzer Housing Corporation of Florida, U.S.A., the payment for the purchase of 1500 prefabricated houses.
