Exemption from stamp duty-DFC

Stamp Duties (Exemption) (Development Finance Corporation) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

It is hereby ordered that the Development Finance Corporation (DFC), a statutory corporation incorporated under the Development Finance Corporation Act, shall be exempt from the payment of stamp duty on foreign exchange permits to the extent specified in paragraph 3 below.
