Delivery of documents

All documents so impressed shall be delivered to the owners thereof at such time as the Commissioners shall appoint and it shall be the duty of the Clerk to the Registrar General to obtain a receipt for the document from the person to whom it is returned at the foot of each requisition in testimony that the documents have been duly stamped according to the requisition and delivered.
