Produce licences

There shall be paid on every instrument operating as a licence to cut, collect, prepare, use or remove forest produce as defined in section 2 of the Forests Act, where the value of such produce exceeds twenty dollars– (a) if not under seal, a duty of .................... $0.75 or (b) if under seal, a duty of ........................ $12.00 winding up.
