Bonds

(1) There shall be paid on every fifty dollars or part of fifty dollars of the amount of the penalty of every bond, not otherwise chargeable with duty under this Act, a duty of ………………………………………………………….. $0.30 Provided that the maximum duty chargeable shall not exceed twelve dollars. (2) A bail bond and a bond for obtaining probate or letters of administration and a security given with a view to an appeal from an Inferior Court to the Supreme Court under Part IX of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, are exempt from all stamp duties charged by this Act.
