Articles of clerkship

(1) On any article of clerkship whereby any person becomes bound to serve as a clerk with a view to his admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, there shall be paid– (a) on the first occasion........................... $100.00 or (b) on every subsequent occasion ............. $10.00 (2) Any person who executes any such articles which are not duly stamped shall incur a fine of fifty dollars.
