Use of printed device as a stamp

The Commissioners may approve, under such terms and conditions as the Commissioner may from time to time in writing prescribe the use by a bank licensed under the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, or a bank, as defined in section 74, or an insurance company licensed under the Insurance Act, on policies issued by it, of a printed device for the purpose of denoting the payment of stamp duty chargeable under this Act.
