Nature of stamps to be used

(1) The Commissioners may prescribe that any stamp duty shall or to be used. may be denoted by adhesive stamps, or by impressed stamps, or partly by adhesive stamps and partly by impressed stamps. (2) Unless otherwise provided or prescribed, all stamp duties may be denoted by adhesive stamps, whether marked postage or inland revenue.
