Repeal of Entertainment Tax Act
Cap. 63, s. 99 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Entertainment Tax Act is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any tax due or liability incurred under that Act may be collected or enforced as if the said Act had not been repealed.
