Certain imports exempt

Where a person imports– (a) component parts, accessories, and navigational instruments for installation in aeroplanes and ships used in international commercial services; (b) goods exported, other than for the purposes of repair, renovation or improvement, and subsequently re-imported, the tax shall not be charged under this Act on the entry of the goods so imported.
