Suspension of the designation as a Qualified Retired Person
Retired Persons (Incentives) (Designation Of Office And Application Procedure) Regulations, reg. 12 · Revised Edition 2020
The Belize Tourism Board may suspend the designation as a Qualified Retired Person if the designated person fails to comply with the requirements of the Act.
