Commencement

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 8 of the Retired Persons (Incentives) Act, Chapter 62 of the Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000-2003, I, JOSE MANUEL HEREDIA, Jr., Minister responsible for Tourism, do hereby appoint the 24th day of April, 1999 as the day on which the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
