Stamps affixed or impressed

When any fee comprised in any such Order is payable in respect of a document, the stamp or stamps equivalent to the amount of the fee shall be affixed or impressed on such document, and when such fee is payable otherwise than in respect of a document, the stamp or stamps equivalent to the fee shall be affixed in a book or otherwise, as may be provided by any Order of the Minister. 6
