Exclusive right to import liquefied petroleum gas

As of the Commercial Operations Date, the Developer shall have the exclusive right to import wholesale LPG into Belize until the expiration of the term of the Definitive Agreement, Provided that the purchase of LPG by the Developer shall be subject to an open, selective or limited tendering procedure set out in the Finance and Audit Reform Act except that the Developer shall be the procurement entity instead of the Government.
