Accounts, etc

(1) The accounts and financial transactions of the office of Contractor- General shall be audited annually by the Auditor General and a statement of accounts so audited shall form part of the annual report referred to in section 29. (2) The Contractor-General shall, before a date specified by the Minister– (a) submit to the Minister a statement of accounts in a form satisfactory to the Minister and audited in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1); (b) submit to the Minister for approval, estimates of revenue and expenditure for the ensuing financial year.
