Blair Athol Power Project Act (Commencement) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 6(1) of the Blair Athol Power Project Act, 2010 (No. 32 of 2010),
and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DEAN O.
BARROW, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the 1st day of January, 2011 as the day on which the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
