Commencement
Cap. 59:02, s. 6 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) This Act shall come into force on a day to be appointed by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette.
(2) Upon the commencement of this Act, Article 30 of the Agreement [relating to exemption from taxes and duties] shall cease to have effect.
