Exemption from taxes and duties

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Customs and Excise Duties Act, the Customs Regulation Act, the Exchange Control Regulation Act, the General Sales Tax Act, and the Stamp Duties Act, or any regulations made 5 thereunder, the Producer shall be exempt from all taxes, duties or imposts levied or imposed under the said Acts, for a period of fifteen years from the Commercial Operation Date, to the extent specified in section 5.
