Rate Of Tax Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Land Tax Act, I, FLORENCIO JULIAN MARIN,
Minister of Natural Resources do hereby determine that the percentage of the unimproved value that shall be levied,
collected, and paid as tax on all types of land commencing from 1st day of April 1983 shall be one per centum CAP. 58.
