Delegation of functions

The Minister hereby delegates to the Minister of State, appointed to assist him, the exercise of powers and performance of functions conferred upon the Minister under sections, 3, 12, 21, 23A, 23B and 39 of the Act (which provisions relate to matters including appointment of Chief Valuer, valuation roll, levy of land tax and land as settlement for land taxes).
