Interpretation

In these Regulations “a member of the productive sector” means a person, company or entity involved in large agricultural production, or large sawmilling activities, including but not limited to– (a) citrus, banana, livestock, cane and rice production; (b) sawmilling activities, including lumber production, approved by the Ministry to be a member of the productive sector for the purposes of these Regulations.
