Penalty

Any person who fails to furnish any returns, notices or information or comply with any requirements of the Chief Valuer or Commissioner of Land Tax, as and when required by the Chief Valuer or Commissioner of Land Tax, commits an offence and on summary conviction thereof in a summary jurisdiction court is liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars. 29
