Power to obtain evidence

The Chief Valuer may, in order to obtain information required for the purposes of this Act, by notice in writing, require any person, whether the person is in possession of land or not, to attend and give evidence before him, concerning any land, and to produce all books, documents and other papers whatsoever in his custody or under his control relating thereto.
