Appointment of Chief Valuer

The Chief Valuer shall for the purpose of this Act be appointed by the Public Services Commission, Provided that the Minister may nominate an officer of the Ministry to perform the duties of Chief Valuer whenever the office of Chief Valuer is vacant.
