Substitution of sale price

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, where any land contained in any valuation roll is sold in an unimproved condition, the sale price, if greater than the value in the valuation roll, shall be entered there-in as the unimproved value of the said land, as of the date of the sale. 13
