Chief Valuer may amend roll

(1) For the purpose of any revision under the foregoing provisions of this Act, the Chief Valuer may amend or alter the valuation roll for any district. (2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, the Chief Valuer may if necessary amend or alter the valuation roll in respect of any property at any time.
