Obstruction
Cap. 58, s. 10 · Revised Edition 2020
Every person, who in any way obstructs or in any way hinders the Chief Valuer or any other officer, authorised by him,
in the exercise of his functions under this Act, commits an offence under this Act and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
