Member States

(1) For the purposes of the Agreement the Member States shall be Barbados, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago. (2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, declare that a State has become, or has ceased to be, a Member State for the purposes of sub-section (1), and that State shall accordingly become, or cease to be, a Member State from the date of the making of such an Order.
