Interpretation

In these Rules“Act” means the Income and Business Tax Act; CAP. 55. “employee” means a person in receipt of emoluments or a pension payable out of the revenue of Belize; “employer” means the officer of the Government of Belize who, for the time being, controls the vote or votes from which any emoluments or pensions are payable.
