Interpretation

In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires“assessment” means an assessment made in accordance with [sections 38 to 44 of the Income and Business Tax Act]; “notification” means a notification issued to an employer by the Commissioner and Chief Collector of Income Tax requiring him to deduct tax in accordance with these Rules.
