Return to be rendered by employer at end of deduction period

Not later than the 14th day of the month following the end of the deduction period the employer shall render a return to the Collector showing in respect of each amount of tax which he has been required to deduct the total amount deducted during the period and the amount, if any, which he has been unable to deduct, together with the reason for the non-deduction.
