Assessment form

Within 14 days of the service of the summons upon them the Commissioners shall file in the Registry a copy of the relevant income tax assessment form, showing in full detail how the assessment was made up, and a statement of their reasons in support of the said assessment and within 7 days serve upon the appellant copies of all such documents so filed.
