Practice and procedure

(1) Save as aforesaid, the procedure and practice for the time being of the Supreme Court, so far as it may be applicable shall be followed. Scale of costs. CAP. 82. (2) All costs and fees shall be on scale allowed under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act.
