Exemption From Tax Of Interest On Public Loans Proclamation, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020

The interest payable on the following loans shall be exempt from income taxthe Railway and Public Works Loan, 1911; the Public Works Loan, 1921; the Housing Project Loan, 1981; the External Creditors Loans,1986.
