Minister may remit tax
Cap. 55, s. 95 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Minister may remit the whole or any part of the income tax. payable by any person if he is satisfied that it would be just and equitable to do so.
(2) Notices of such remission shall be published in the Gazette.
