Debtor paying whole of amount ordered to be paid

In any event of the defaulter paying the whole of the amount ordered to be paid as provided in section 65 of this Act, the magistrate shall give notice of such payment to the Minister and shall remit to the Chief Collector the amount so paid, deducting such parts thereof as may represent the court costs.
