Adjustment to threshold price

(1) The Threshold Price specified in section 122 of this Act, shall be reviewed annually by the Government in consultation with representatives of the petroleum industry with a view to determining whether any adjustments are needed to 99 take account of any material changes in the prevailing circumstances. (2) A Bill to give effect to any such adjustments shall be introduced into the next practicable sitting of the National Assembly after such review. CAP. 225.
